If a Dispute has not been resolved after consideration of the foregoing and of other evidence presented by the parties or requested by the Architect, the Architect (or Architect through CM) shall provide a written decision twenty (20) days after the Architect’s preliminary decision rendered in accordance with Paragraph 4.6.1. The Architect may also request reasonable additional time to complete Architect’s written decision.
