County’s Project Manager. Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.
County’s Project Manager. The County shall appoint a Project Manager, as specified in Article 25. Notices, to act as liaison between the County and the Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within 14 calendar days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager. Said approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
County’s Project Manager. The COUNTY shall appoint a PROJECT MANAGER to act as liaison between the COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR during the term of this CONTRACT. The COUNTY’S PROJECT MANAGER shall coordinate the activities of the COUNTY staff assigned to work with the CONTRACTOR.
County’s Project Manager. The County shall appoint a Project Manager, as specified in Article 24, to act as liaison between the County and the Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within 14 calendar days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County is not required to provide any reason, rationale or additional factual information if it elects to request any specific Contractor Project Manager or Key Personnel be removed from performing services under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager and Personnel. Said approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
County’s Project Manager. The County Project Manager will act as liaison between the County and the Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.
County’s Project Manager. The responsibilities of the County’s Project Manager include: meeting with the Contractor’s Project Manager on a regular basis; and inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or other work provided by or on behalf of the Contractor. The County’s Project Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate County in any respect whatsoever.
County’s Project Manager. 6.3.1 The role of the County’s Project Manager is authorized to include:
6.3.1.1 Meeting with the Contractor’s Project Manager on a regular basis; and
6.3.1.2 Inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or other work provided by or on behalf of the Contractor; however, in no event shall Contractor’s obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby. The County’s Project Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate County in any respect whatsoever.
County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager is County’s chief contact person with respect to the day-to-day administration of this Master Agreement. The Project Manager shall prepare and issue Work Orders and any Amendments thereto, and generally be the first person for Contractor to contact with any questions.
County’s Project Manager. Before starting work, County shall designate in writing a Project Manager who shall act as County’s representative during construction of the Project. County may also designate an alternate representative with complete authority to act for it. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the Contract Documents, the Project Manager will issue and receive all written communications on behalf of County for the Project. The Project Manager shall also coordinate any communications to or from County’s Architect-Engineer ("A-E") in connection with the Project. The Project Manager shall manage the routine responsibilities of County, but is not authorized to make decisions for County that materially affect this Contract or create additional legal liabilities for County.
