Architecture Services. (i) RF Engineering (Individual Path) - one (1) working day; (ii) City-Specific Plans - forty (40) working days after request and delivery of forecast; (iii) Network Architecture - forty-five (45) days after the Effective Date; (iv) Gap assessment of Existing Network - two (2) months after the Effective Date; and (v) Network Technology - three (3) months after the Effective Date.
Architecture Services. With regard to Engineering Services for Base Generic Architecture, Future Architecture, City Plans and baseline architecture of existing networks as referred to in Section 2.1(a) of this Schedule B, the following standards and remedies shall apply: (a) Standard. Lucent shall deliver all Deliverables of such Services within the timeframes specified.

Architecture Services. 2.1. The Service Order Form sets out the details of the Architecture Services and any Deliverables to be provided by TasmaNet. 2.2. The Service Order Form will also set out the details of any materials and inputs to be provided by the Customer. These materials and inputs must be provided by the Customer by the dates specified in the Service Order Form or, where no dates are specified, upon reasonable request. 2.3. TasmaNet will perform the Architecture Services and deliver the Deliverables to the Customer. 2.4. TasmaNet aims to meet the scheduled timeframes and delivery dates set out in the Service Order Form but cannot guarantee to do so. The time estimates in the Service Order Form are based on TasmaNet's previous experience, assumptions as to the nature of the internal environment, the availability of our Representatives at the time the Service Order Form was agreed and the timeliness of the Customer's inputs and materials. As a result, any indications given by TasmaNet with respect to the delivery dates are estimates only and may vary.

  • Future Services The Consultant acknowledges each of the following with regard to performing future services for the City: • The Consultant’s performance of the services required by this Agreement may create an actual or appearance of a conflict of interest with regard to the Consultant performing or participating in the performance of some related future services, particularly if the services required by this Agreement comprise one element or aspect of a multi-phase process or project; • Such an actual or appearance of a conflict of interest would be a ground for the City to disqualify the Consultant from performing or participating in the performance of such future services; and • The Consultant is solely responsible for considering what potential conflicts of interest, if any, performing the services required by this Agreement might have on its ability to obtain contracts to perform future services.

  • Core Services The Company agrees to provide to the Municipality the Core Services set forth in Schedule “A”. The Company and the Municipality may amend Schedule “A” from time to time upon mutual agreement.

  • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use. 2.1. Core HR Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in its human resource related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The HR Software Services shall function in accordance with the Documentation, as may be amended from time to time, and provide features to aid Customer with its compliance with federal and state laws and regulations applicable to Human Resources (except as stated otherwise in the Documentation). 2.2. Recruiting Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in posting job requisitions, storing candidates, recording job applications, and the related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The Recruiting Software Service shall function in accordance with the Documentation which may be amended from time to time.

  • SOFTWARE SECURITY If applicable, BA warrants that software security features will be compatible with the CE’s HIPAA compliance requirements. This HIPAA Business Associate Agreement-Addendum shall supersede any prior HIPAA Business Associate Agreements between CE and BA.

  • Vision Care Services For purposes of coordination of benefits, vision care services covered under other plans are not considered an allowable expense, as defined in the Coordination of Benefits and Subrogation in Section 7.

  • Use; Quality Control a. Neither party may alter the other party’s trademarks from the form provided and must comply with removal requests as to specific uses of its trademarks or logos. b. Each party agrees to use, and to cause its Permitted Sublicensees to use, the other party’s trademarks only in good faith and in a dignified manner consistent with such party’s use of the trademarks. Upon written notice to the breaching party, the breaching party has 30 days of the date of the written notice to cure the breach or the license will be terminated.

  • Trade in Services 1. The Parties shall aim at gradually liberalising and opening their markets for trade in services in accordance with the provisions of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (hereinafter referred to as the “GATS”), taking into account ongoing work under the auspices of the WTO. 2. If a Party grants to a non-Party, after the entry into force of this Agreement, additional benefits with regard to the access to its services markets, it shall agree to enter into negotiations with a view to extending these benefits to another Party on a reciprocal basis. 3. The Parties undertake to keep under review paragraphs 1 and 2 with a view to establishing an agreement liberalising trade in services between them in accordance with Article V of the GATS.

We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking.   • Interface A defined set of transmission facilities that separate Load Zones and that separate the NYCA from adjacent Control Areas. Investor-Owned Transmission Owners. A Transmission Owner that is owned by private investors. At the present time these include: Central Xxxxxx Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation.

  • Service Quality The Transfer Agent shall maintain a quality control process designed to provide a consistent level of quality and timeliness for its call center, correspondence services and transaction processing.
