Archival Copies. You may make one archival (backup) copy of the Test Studio Product Package for which you have obtained a Paid License. The archival copy may not be used or installed as long as another copy of the Test Studio Product Package (or any portion thereof) is installed on any machine.

Archival Copies. You may make one copy of the Software for back-up and archival purposes only. You may make a reasonable number of copies of the User Documentation for Your inter- nal use. All copies of Software and User Documentation must include all copyright and similar proprietary notices appearing on or in the originals. Copies of the Software may be stored off- site provided that all persons having access to the Software are subject to Your obligations under this Agreement and You take reasonable precautions to ensure compliance with these obligations. Parasoft reserves the right to revoke permission to reproduce copyrighted and proprietary material if Parasoft reasonably believes that You have failed to comply with its obli- gations hereunder.

Archival Copies. If Operator is required by law to retain archival copies of Amazon Information for tax or similar regulatory purposes, this archived Amazon Information must be stored in one of the following ways: • As a “cold” or offline (i.e., not available for immediate or interactive use) backup stored in a physically secure facility; or • Encrypted in accordance with Section 2.4 (Data Transmission), where the system hosting or storing the encrypted file(s) does not have access to a copy of the key(s) used for encryption. ▪ Recovery. If Operator performs a “recovery” (i.e., reverting to a backup) for the purpose of disaster recovery, Operator will have and maintain a process that ensures that all Amazon Information that is required to be deleted pursuant to the Agreement or this Security Policy will be re-deleted or overwritten from the recovered data in accordance with this Section 2.5 within 24 hours after recovery occurs. If Operator performs a recovery for any purpose, no Amazon Information may be recovered to any third party system or network without Amazon’s prior written approval. Amazon reserves the right to require an Amazon security review of the third party system or network before permitting recovery of any Amazon Information to any third party system or network.
Archival Copies. MCI may make a reasonable number of copies of --------------- the Licensed Software for archival purposes; provided, however, that MCI may make a reasonable number of copies of Documentation for the use of MCI's employees in their use of the Software. Copies of the Software may be stored offsite provided that all persons having access to the Software are made subject to Licensee's obligations under this Agreement and that Licensee takes all reasonable steps required to fulfill these obligations. Serena reserves the right to withdraw permission to reproduce copyrighted and proprietary material, at its discretion, whenever it reasonably believes that this privilege is being used in a way detrimental to its interest or if the above instructions are not being properly followed to protect its copyright or other proprietary rights.
