Common use of Archival Copies Clause in Contracts

Archival Copies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Client Service Agreement, Client agrees that, after the termination of the Client Service Agreement, ADP and its Verification Agents may maintain archival copies of the Verification Data as needed to show the discharge and fulfillment of obligations to Client’s employees and former employees. If ADP and its Verification Agents maintain archival copies of the Verification Data then the Verification Data will be maintained consistent with the Confidentiality provision of the Client Service Agreement.
