ARCHIVING OF DOCUMENTS. 15.1. The Terminal Operator will archive all documentation related to the individual Containerships’ call and Services for a period of some 12 months counted from the date of call. The User acknowledges that possible enquiries are to be performed within this time and that the Terminal Operator is relieved thereafter.
