Area of Mutual Interest and Other Agreements. No Asset is subject to (or has related to it) any area of mutual interest agreements not disclosed in the Contracts or any farm-out or farm-in agreement under which any party thereto is entitled to receive assignments not yet made, or could earn additional assignments after the Effective Time other than the Xxxxx listed on Exhibit B as having an after payout NRI.
Area of Mutual Interest and Other Agreements. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.22, none of the Assets are subject to (i) any area of mutual interest agreement, or (ii) any farmout agreement, farmin agreement or similar agreement under which any party thereto is entitled to receive assignments not yet made, or could earn additional assignments after the Effective Time.

To Seller's knowledge, no Asset is subject to (or has related to it) any area of mutual interest agreements not disclosed in the Contracts or any farm-out or farm-in agreement under which any party thereto is entitled to receive assignments not yet made, or could earn additional assignments after the Effective Time other than the Wells listed on Exhibit B as having an after payout NRI.
Area of Mutual Interest and Other Agreements. The Assets are not subject to any areas of mutual interest or similar agreements except as set forth on Schedule 3.9.

None of the Subject Interests is subject to (or has related to it) any farm-out or farm-in agreement under which any party thereto is entitled to receive assignments not yet made, or could earn additional assignments after the Effective Time.

To Seller’s Knowledge, the Interests are not subject to (i) any area of mutual interest agreements or joint operating agreements or (ii) any farm-out or farm-in agreement, including, without limitation, any farm-out or farm-in agreement under which any party thereto is entitled to receive assignments not yet made, or could earn additional assignments after the Effective Date.
