Common use of Area of Use Clause in Contracts

Area of Use. LICENSEE may conduct its activities at the following locations: Xxxxx Lake Beach Site (APN 28-481-02) to gain access from East Cliff Drive to the beach; and the Avenue County Right of Way wide) between the toe of the bluff to mean high tide to gain access to LICENSEE’s property (APN 28-234-08). This access authorization pertains to only the properties listed above under County’s jurisdiction. Additional access authorization over other properties shall be the sole responsibility of the LICENSEE.
