UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS. Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigation pipes, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, oil pumping mains, and any other services that may be on the Worksite.
11.2 Whilst the Contractor will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Contractor in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 11.1.

14.2 Whilst the Supplier will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Client agrees to indemnify the Supplier in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 14.1.

13.2 Whilst Xxxxxxx Air will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Client agrees to indemnify Xxxxxxx Air in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 13.1.

11.2 Whilst AFE will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Client agrees to indemnify AFE in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 11.1.

12.2 Whilst MSS will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify MSS in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 12.1.

13.2 Whilst HSE will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Client agrees to indemnify HSE in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 13.1.

8.2. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost, and fines because of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigation pipes, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, oil pumping mains, and any other services that may be on site.
18.2 Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 18.1.
