Any person who remains in the confines of the Community’s facilities after being requested by the Lessor to leave, or who is not a Resident or guest of a Resident approved by Xxxxxx, will be considered trespassing. Lessor will, at no time, provide supervisory personnel. Lessee and guests must abide by the rules and hours posted in the applicable areas. A deposit may be required regarding the use of any of the recreational facilities for private or public use, if permitted. . Lessor is not responsible for lost or stolen items nor for accidents or injury to any person using the common facilities. Mailboxes are contained in centralized areas and the maintenance of such areas are the responsibility of the Lessor. Use of mailbox areas for posting notices is prohibited.
