Common use of Argos Technology Clause in Contracts

Argos Technology. Argos shall file, conduct prosecution, and maintain (including without limitation the defense of any interference or opposition proceedings), all Argos Patent Rights in the Territory, and Argos agrees to use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to prosecute and maintain such Argos Patent Rights in the Territory, in each case for which Argos controls the prosecution.

Argos Technology. Argos shall has the sole right to, at Argos’s discretion, file, conduct prosecution, and maintain (including without limitation the defense of any interference or opposition proceedings), all Argos Patent Rights in the Territory, and Rights. Argos agrees to use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to prosecute and maintain such Argos Patent Rights in the Green Cross Territory, in each case for which Argos controls the prosecution.
