Common use of ARIAD SWISSCO Clause in Contracts

ARIAD SWISSCO. s medical personnel shall conduct periodic visits to clinical trial sites and investigators participating in any Product clinical trials in the Territory (including Global Studies, Proposed Studies and Ongoing Studies) to support initiation and enrollment through the provision of appropriate information and documentation and through issue escalation and coordination with clinical research organizations involved in the conduct of such studies.
