Use of Internet. Each party acknowledges that the Internet is an unsecured, unstable, unregulated, unorganized and unreliable network, and that to the extent the ability of the other party to provide or perform services or duties hereunder is dependent upon the Internet and equipment, software, systems, data and services provided by various telecommunications carriers, equipment manufacturers, firewall providers, encryption system developers and other vendors and third parties, each party agrees that the other shall not be liable in any respect for the functions or malfunctions of the Internet.
Use of Internet. Where an employee’s workstation has Internet access, the University will allow the employee to use the Internet for personal business during meal periods or breaks in accordance with applicable law and University policy, including, but not limited to RCW 42.52 and WAC 000-000-000.
Use of Internet. Airline reservations can be made by Travel Services or its authorized representative using the internet, by either accessing the travel agent’s website or other travel websites. Authorized Travelers may use the internet to research fares and other travel expenses for trip planning purposes.
Use of Internet. The Services are provided over the Internet. As such, the Services are subject to the operation of the Internet and telecommunications infrastructures as well as the operation of your Internet connection services, all of which are beyond the control of Comodo. Comodo does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or that you will be able to access or use the Services at the location and times of your choosing.
Use of Internet. Allied makes no representation that the internet or any third party network used by Allied will adequately protect the privacy of Cus- tomer’s or any User’s personal information, and Allied expressly denies any liability associated therewith.
Use of Internet. Customer hereby acknowledges that the Internet is not owned, operated, managed by, or in any way affiliated with City and that it is a separate network of computers independent of City. Customer's use of the Internet is solely at Customer's own risk and is subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Use of Internet. The use of the Internet is provided in all Housing Units. Misuse of computing, networking, Federal, State, and local laws, or information resources may result in the restriction of computing privileges. Users may be held accountable for their conduct under applicable campus policies. Downloading, preproduction or distribution of copyrighted works, including, but not limited to, images, text, music or video files, or software, without permission of the owner is an infringement of U.S. Copyright Law and is subject to civil damages and criminal penalties.
Use of Internet. 1. We acknowledge that if we access the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System through the Internet or other online access methods, we are Responsible for reading and complying with any notice/s, warning/s or disclaimer/s posted on the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management or contained in the attached Internet Notices Page.
Use of Internet. The MLS® VOW Participant acknowledges that there are certain security, corruption, transmission errors, and access availability risks associated with using open networks such as the Internet, and the MLS® VOW Participant hereby expressly assumes all such risks.
Use of Internet. 15.5.1 All of ARIAD SWISSCO’s internet marketing, advertising and promotional materials concerning the Product, the ARIAD US Trademarks and/or ARIAD US shall be developed and prepared by ARIAD SWISSCO in its sole discretion, provided that ARIAD SWISSCO will consider Global Product Positioning when performing such development.
15.5.2 ARIAD US may grant to ARIAD SWISSCO the right to operate a website under a domain name registered in the name of ARIAD US and relevant to or which contains information about ARIAD US, the Product, and the Trademarks, subject to terms and conditions of this Agreement.
15.5.3 In the event that any Applicable Law or regulation in the Territory requires the domain name of any website relevant to the Product, the Trademarks and/or ARIAD US to be registered in the name of ARIAD SWISSCO or an Affiliate, then any such domain name shall be registered in the name of ARIAD SWISSCO or Affiliate as legally required. All such content shall be or shall become the exclusive property of ARIAD US. Upon expiration or termination of the Agreement ARIAD SWISSCO and its Affiliates agree to execute any and all further documentation required to ensure that all such content and all copyright in such content is owned by ARIAD US. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, ARIAD SWISSCO shall be required to assign to ARIAD US or its designee all domain name registrations containing the name of the Compound, the Product, the ARIAD US Trademarks or the name ARIAD US, or variants thereof, upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement. Neither ARIAD SWISSCO nor its Affiliate may assign or license any such domain name to any other Third Party.
