ARMED FORCES. During an authorized leave of absence for active duty in Armed Forces for a period of up to twenty-four (24) months, an Employee (and his or her eligible Dependents) shall continue to be eligible for benefits provided in this Plan. However, for the last 18 months of such coverage, the cost to the Participant for such coverage shall be 102% of the cost to the Employer for such coverage (as such cost is calculated by the Employer pursuant to COBRA).
