Common use of Arrangement, Agency Fees Clause in Contracts

Arrangement, Agency Fees. The Company shall pay fees to the Arranger for the Arranger's own account and to the Agent for the Agent's own account, as required by the letter agreement ("Fee Letter") between the Company and the Arranger and Agent dated August 31, 2000.
