Common use of Arrangement and Agency Fees Clause in Contracts

Arrangement and Agency Fees. The Company shall pay arrangement fees to each Arranger for its own account and shall pay an agency fee to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent’s own account, in each case in the amounts and at the times agreed to by the relevant parties.
