Arrangement and participation fee. Each of the Borrowers shall jointly and severally pay to Deutsche Bank AG for its own account in its capacity as Mandated Lead Arranger an arrangement and participation fee in the amount and at the times agreed in a Fee Letter, provided that the Norwegian Borrowers shall only be liable to the extent which is permitted under the Norwegian Companies Act 1997 Section 8-7.
