Common use of Arrangement for Guardianship or Conservatorship Clause in Contracts

Arrangement for Guardianship or Conservatorship. If it appears that you may not be able to care properly for yourself or your property, and if you have made no other designation of a person or legal entity to serve as guardian or conservator then FACILITY may apply to a court of law to appoint a legal guardian or conservator. Alternatively, if other persons seek appointment as your legal guardian or conservator, FACILITY may be required to participate in such proceedings. You agree to pay all attorney’s fees and costs incurred by FACILITY in connection with such action(s).
