Amendment to Deed of Trust. Effective as of the date hereof, all references to "Notes" in the Deed of Trust shall be references to the Notes as defined herein, and any and all renewals, modifications, rearrangements, reinstatements, enlargements, or extensions of the Notes or of any promissory note or notes given in renewal, substitution or replacement therefor. Any stated maturity of the Notes contained in the Deed of Trust is hereby amended so that the maturity of the Renewal Revolving Note is July 1, 2002, and each of the other Notes is subject to coterminous maturity with the Renewal Revolving Note.
Amendment to Deed of Trust. In the event the Company amends the Deed of Trust after the date of the Closing in a manner that requires the consent of Holders of Obligations (as defined in the Deed of Trust) pursuant to Section 7.2 of the Deed of Trust, the Company agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts to include an amendment to the definition of Additional Obligations as provided in the Deed of Trust to read as set forth in Exhibit A.
