Common use of Arrangement/Participation/Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Arrangement/Participation/Eligibility. 9.5.1.1 The University agrees to arrange and administer a Disability Income Plan. All regular employees must participate in this Disability Income Plan. Non-regular employees who meet the requirements of 9.4.2.2.1 must enrol and participate in the Disability Income Plan (9.5).
