Arrangements for Payment of Capital Grant. 40. Capital Grant will be paid by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust on the basis of claims for xxxxx submitted to the Secretary of State in the notified format with supporting invoices and certificates as required by the Secretary of State. If a dispute arises as to whether a claim is or is not acceptable both parties undertake to attempt to resolve it in good faith.
