The specific arrangements referred to herein are not intended to exclude or limit the Executive's participation in other benefits available to executive personnel generally, or to preclude or limit other compensation or benefits as may be authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company at any time, or to limit or reduce any compensation or benefit to which the Executive would be entitled but for this Agreement.
