Essential Nature. The Executive acknowledges that the confidentiality of the protected information, including Confidential Information and Trade Secrets, with which Executive has been or may become privy is essential and proprietary to the Bank or its Affiliates and is owned and shall continue to be owned by the Bank or its Affiliates.
