Arranger. The Arranger organizes a previously written composition for presentation in other than its original form. An arrangement shall include re-harmonization, paraphrasing and/or development of a composition so that it fully represents the melodic, harmonic and rhythmic structures and is in complete score form, whether completed using computerized or non- computerized methods.
