Article 12 Not To Prevent Events of Default or Limit Right To Demand Payment. The failure of a Guarantor to make a payment on any of its obligations by reason of any provision in this Article 12 shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a default by such Guarantor under such obligations. Nothing in this Article 12 shall have any effect on the right of the Holders or the Trustee to make a demand for payment on a Guarantor pursuant to Article 11.
