Article 3-Director’s Compensation and Related Matters. a. Directors, including Second Unit Directors, may be paid a discounted salary no less than seventy-five percent (75%) of the applicable minimum salary in Article 3 of the BA. No deferment shall be required. A replacement Director shall be paid not less than 150% of minimum compensation (as set forth herein) for the work performed.
