Common use of ARTICLE APPLICATION Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE APPLICATION. The provisions of this Agreement apply to the Union, the employees and the Employer. The Employer and the Union shall share equally the costs associated with the printing and distribution of the Agreement. The Union said printing and distribution. If an version of this is requested, the Union and Employer will share equally all costs associated with the translation of this Agreement.
