Notice, Application. The Agent shall have received (with, in the case of the initial Revolving Loan only, a copy for each Bank) a Notice of Borrowing or a Notice of Conversion/Continuation, as applicable or in the case of any Issuance of any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Bank and the Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under Section 3.2;

In the case of any Loan, the Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing and, in the case of any Issuance of any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Lender and the Administrative Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under Section 3.2.

The Applicable Agent shall have received a Notice of Canadian Borrowing, Notice of Borrowing or the Applicable Swing Line Lender shall have received notice from the applicable Swing Line Borrower of a Swing Line Loan or the L/C Lender and the Administrative Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under Section 3.2 (in the case of any Issuance of a Letter of Credit).
