Notice, Application. In the case of any Loan, the Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing and, in the case of any Issuance of any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Lender and the Administrative Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under Section 3.2.

The notice given of any prepayment (a "Notice of Prepayment") shall specify the date and amount of the prepayment and whether the prepayment is of Base Rate or Eurodollar Rate Loans or a combination thereof, and if of a combination thereof the amount of the prepayment allocable to each. Upon receipt of the Notice of Prepayment the Agent shall promptly notify each Bank thereof. If the Notice of Prepayment is given, the Borrower shall make such prepayment and the prepayment amount specified in such Notice shall be due and payable on the date specified therein, with accrued interest to such date on the amount prepaid.
