Common use of ARTICLE GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be in conflict with any valid and applicable Federal or Provincial law now existing, or hereinafter enacted, it is agreed that such law shall supersede the conflicting provisions without in any way affecting the remainder of the Agreement.
