ARTICLE I - PURPOSE. The general purpose of this Agreement is to set forth wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment, and to promote orderly and peaceful labor relations for the mutual interest of the Employer, the Employees, and the Association. The parties recognize that the interest of the community and the job security of the employees depend upon the Employer's, the employees and the Association's success in establishing good communication at all levels and among all employees.
