Article II Not To Prevent Events of Default or Limit Right To Accelerate. The failure to make a payment pursuant to the Notes by reason of any provision in this Article II shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a Default. Nothing in this Article II shall have any effect on the right of the Holders or the Trustee to accelerate the maturity of the Notes.
