Article II, Section 2. 2 of the Existing Credit Agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted therefor:
Article II, Section 2. 07(a) is hereby amended by adding the word “Additional” prior to the phrase “Term Loans” appearing therein.
Article II, Section 2. 09(a), Clause (i) is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as “(i) the Additional Term Loan Commitments shall terminate at 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date and”.
Article II, Section 2. 1 of the Master Credit Agreement is amended to add the following conditions precedent:
Article II, Section 2. 01 of the Helitrex Lease shall be modified and amended to provide that the Term of the Lease and the demise of the Demised Premises shall be extended so that the same shall now terminate at midnight on October 31, 2029.
