ARTICLE NOTICES. Notices required to be served hereunder upon either the Union or the Employer shall be deemed to be served sufficiently if sent by Registered Mail, or any other means of delivery requiring a signature of the employee for evidence of receipt, or delivered to the Secretary of the Union and the Employee Relations Manager of the Employer respectively.
