Common use of Article XXXIV Clause in Contracts

Article XXXIV. All Projects shall comply with article XXXIV, section 1 of the California Constitution (“Article XXXIV”), as clarified by the Public Housing Election Implementation Law (Health & Saf. Code, §§ 37000 – 37002). Prior to construction loan closing, the Sponsor shall submit documentation which shows, to the Department’s satisfaction, that the Project complies with or is exempt from Article XXXIV.

Article XXXIV. All Projects Developments shall comply with article Article XXXIV, section 1 of the California Constitution (“Article XXXIV”), as clarified by the Public Housing Election Implementation Law (Health & Saf. Safety Code, §§ 37000 – 37002). Prior to construction loan closing, the Sponsor shall submit documentation which shows, to the Department’s satisfaction, that the Project Development complies with or is exempt from Article XXXIV.
