Articles of Surviving Corporation. The Articles of Incorporation of the Surviving Corporation as in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time of the Merger shall constitute the "Articles" of the Surviving Corporation within the meaning of Section 23B.01.400(l) of the Washington Business Corporation Act and Section 104 of the Delaware General Corporation Law, except that Article I of the Articles of Incorporation is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:
Articles of Surviving Corporation. At the Effective Time, the Articles of Incorporation of the Surviving Corporation shall be amended and restated in full as of the Effective Time as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.

Articles of Surviving Corporation. The Articles of Incorporation of UBI, as amended, as of the Effective Time shall be the Articles of Incorporation of the Surviving Corporation, until further amended as provided by law.
Articles of Surviving Corporation. The articles of incorporation of the Surviving Corporation, existing on the Effective Date of the merger, shall continue in full force as the articles of incorporation of the Surviving Corporation until they are altered, amended, or repealed as provided in the articles or as provided by law.
Articles of Surviving Corporation. At the Effective Time, the Articles of Incorporation of Cloudscape shall be the Articles of Incorporation of the Surviving Corporation; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that at the Effective Time, the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of Cloudscape shall be restated in their entirety as set forth in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
Articles of Surviving Corporation. From and after the Effective Time, the Articles of Trillion BC in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the Articles of the Surviving Corporation, until duly amended in accordance with their terms and applicable law.
