Name of Surviving Corporation. After the merger, the Surviving Corporation shall have the name "Capital Bank Corporation"
Name of Surviving Corporation. The legal name of the Surviving Corporation at and after the Effective Time of the Parent Merger will be “SmartFinancial, Inc.”
Name of Surviving Corporation. The name of the corporation, which is sometimes hereinafter referred to as the Surviving Corporation, shall, from and after the effective date of the merger, be DE LUXE ONYX COMPANY. The separate existence of DE LUXE ONYX COMPANY, of California, shall cease at the effective time of the merger, except insofar as it may be continued by law or in order to carry out the purpose of this Agreement of Merger and except as continued in the Surviving Corporation.
Name of Surviving Corporation. On the Effective Date, the Articles of Incorporation of FLORIDA shall be amended to change the name of FLORIDA to "SPORTS & RECREATION, INC."
Name of Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be “Solar Power, Inc.”
Name of Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving ----------------------------- Corporation shall from and after the Effective Date (as hereinafter defined) be and continue to be "Leslie's Poolmart, Inc." until changed in accordance with applicable law.
Name of Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be “Heritage Bank of Commerce”.
Name of Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall from and after the Effective Time be and continue to be "G & L Realty Corp." until changed in accordance with applicable law.
Name of Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation from and after the Effective Date shall be "Foodbrands America, Inc."
Name of Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be “TriCo Bancshares.”
