Artistic Control. Company and Artist shall be jointly responsible for all decisions regarding the artistic content of the Recording.
Artistic Control. Artist shall have artistic control over the Performance; provided however, that Artist shall not engage in any obscene behavior, nor shall Artist encourage or entice the audience to engage in violent, destructive or riotous behavior. FSU shall have the right to direct Artist to discontinue any activity constituting the aforementioned behavior and behavior that violates FSU policy, as well as any federal, state, or local law.
Artistic Control of ARTIST’S performance SHALL BE SOLELY vested in ARTIST with regard to material, accompaniment, wardrobe, lighting, sound, staging, etc.
Artistic Control. The band will have control of the artistic content of the performance and the people comprising the band. The Artist may substitute a competent replacement for any member of the band or personnel who is unable to perform the engagement. The substitution will have the effect of amending Schedule A to reflect any substitution. The Hirer will provide and maintain the following policies with a reputable insurer:

ARTIST shall have the sole and exclusive control over the production, presentation and performance of the engagement hereunder; including but not limited to, the means and methods of the performance. PURCHASER agrees that no performers other than those to be furnished by ARTIST or approved by ARTIST will appear in connection with the engagement which is the subject of this Agreement. PURCHASER will not authorize Artist’s performance hereunder to be recorded or broadcast in any manner whatsoever without written permission from ARTIST.

Independent Contractor. The parties are independent contractors and neither is an employee of the other. Each party shall be responsible for, and hold the other harmless from, any injuries caused by it or suffered by its personnel during the performance of this agreement, including injuries which may be compensable under any workers’ compensation laws. No assignment. Neither party may assign this Agreement without the written consent of the other.
Artistic Control. Customer shall have exclusive artistic and editorial control over the Customer Site, including, without limitation, integration of all Content, and the Design and look and feel of the Customer Site. Developer shall not publish, or otherwise display the Customer Site or any portion thereof without the prior written approval of Customer.
