As a condition to Clause Samples

As a condition to the effectiveness of this article the Union agrees to indemnify and save harmless the City, each individual council member and all administrators harmless against any and all claims, demands, costs, suits or other forms of liability, including attorneys fees, and all court or administrative agency costs that may arise out of, or by reason of action taken by the city for the purpose of complying with this article.
