Common use of As-Built Drawings and Specifications Clause in Contracts

As-Built Drawings and Specifications. During construction, Contractor shall keep a redlined, marked, up-to-date set of Progress As-Built Drawings and Specifications on the Site as required under Attachment B. Contractor shall make redlined documents available to Owner for inspection upon request during the course of construction. As a condition precedent to Final Completion, Contractor shall deliver to Owner the Record As-Built Drawings and Specifications in accordance with Attachment B, which shall include delivery of final as-built drawing files in fully operable and editable format in CAD.
