AS-BUILT PREPARATION. Upon receipt and acceptance of the field As-Built construction drawings from the City of Banning Project Manager, Consultant shall prepare final As-Builts incorporating any changes that occurred during the construction. Consultant shall submit final As-Builts to the City of Banning in mylars, shape file and PDF electronically. Final As-Builts shall be signed by a California Registered Professional Engineer in each corresponding discipline.

AS-BUILT PREPARATION. Following the construction of the project, Consultant will provide as-built drawings for the final constructed conditions. Consultant will account for any variations to the original design as a result of unanticipated site constraints or responses to RFIs. • RFI responses • Submittal responses • Notice of Intent • Notice of Termination • Field Visit reports • As-built drawings (digital and mylar) • The following services are not included in this design scope of work, but can easily be added for additional fee:
