Common use of As-Is Condition Clause in Contracts

As-Is Condition. Landlord shall have no obligation to perform or cause the performance or construction of any improvements in or to the Premises and in accordance with Section 2.4 of the Lease, Landlord shall deliver the Premises to Tenant in its “as is” and “with all faults” condition. Except as may be set forth in the Lease, Tenant hereby acknowledges that Landlord has made no representations or warranties to Tenant with respect to the condition of the Premises.
