Ascendon SaaS Services Clause Samples

Ascendon SaaS Services. During the Order Term of any Ascendon Service Order and any Ascendon Transition Period CSG shall provide Customer with the Ascendon SaaS Services as described in and subject to the fees, terms and conditions set forth in any Ascendon Service Order(s) executed by the Parties from time-to-time (unless terminated or expired pursuant to its terms), in each case subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that except as specifically requested by Customer and provided in an Order Document or pursuant to Ascendon Additional Services (as defined below), the Ascendon SaaS Services do not include any content delivery network (“CDN”) services, signal or encoding of Customer Content, and that between Customer and CSG, Customer is responsible (directly or through a third party designee) to provide CDN services and encoding for its Customer Content. Unless otherwise provided in an Ascendon Service Order, the Ascendon SaaS Services are provided in the English (US) language.
