Common use of Ascent Arena Entity Contracts Clause in Contracts

Ascent Arena Entity Contracts. Except for the Contracts disclosed in Schedule 5.13(d) and the Arena Contracts, Schedule 5.13(e) contains, as of the Effective Date, an accurate and complete list of all material Contracts to which any Ascent Arena Entity is a party or by which it is bound. Seller shall deliver to Purchasers an updated version of Schedule 5.13(e) on the Closing Date.
