ASO Estimated Total Costs. Developer has accepted, and has provided Security to the Affected System Operator to cover, the following ASO Estimated Total Costs identified in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for Class Year 2019 pursuant to Section 25.8.2 of Attachment S of the NYISO OATT.
