Assess Waste Materials and Segregated Sources. 1). Xxxxxx Xxxx shall characterize for disposal any Waste Material and Segregated Sources that may be discovered on the Property at any time during assessment, corrective action, or development activities in accordance with applicable regulations. 2). Upon discovery of any Segregated Source that has not yet released all of its contents to the environment, Xxxxxx Xxxx shall expeditiously stabilize or remove the Segregated Source from the Property. 3). Xxxxxx Xxxx shall immediately notify the Department if a release of Contamination occurs as a result of its assessment, stabilization, or removal actions. Xxxxxx Xxxx shall assess the impact of the release and take necessary action in accordance with a Department approved plan.
