Assessing Outcomes. The Parties, working through the Steering Committee, will use their best efforts to develop and implement appropriate analytic measures to determine the efficacy of the services provided by the Community Outreach Specialists. Such efforts shall include tracking and rating the outcomes of the Specialists’ interventions and the concomitant impact on law enforcement resources.
