ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING AND CONDUCT. 8.1 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement and held at the CUHSD campus shall be held to the same standards of achievement as students in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus. 8.2 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement and held at the CUHSD campus shall be held to the same grading standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus. 8.3 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement and held at the CUHSD campus shall be assessed using the same methods (e.g., papers, portfolios, quizzes, labs, etc.) as students in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus. 8.4 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement and held at the CUHSD campus shall be held to the same behavioral standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus. 8.5 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement and held at a CUHSD campus who have approved Section 504 Plans that provide accommodations to the educational environment such as extended time on tests or special seating shall be accommodated by WVMCCD. WVMCCD shall accommodate these students upon receiving notice of the approved Section 504 plan from CUHSD. Accommodations involving the provision of special equipment or services or additional personnel, such as sign language interpreters shall be provided by the CUHSD. 8.6 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement held at the CUHSD campus who have an Individualized Education Program (“IEP”) shall receive all programs and services provided for under the IEP by CUHSD. The WVMCCD has no responsibility to implement or accommodate any portion of a student’s IEP. 8.7 WVMCCD and CUHSD shall jointly draft a Notice to Parents that outlines the rights and responsibilities of students participating in the CCAP Program, and the respective responsibilities of the COLLEGE and CUHSD described in this Agreement.

DSPS will follow COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT procedure in determining the appropriate accommodation for a CCAP Agreement course(s). The COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT has responsibility for implementing the accommodation offered and provided by DSPS. 8.7 WVMCCD The COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT and CUHSD SCHOOL DISTRICT shall jointly draft a Notice to Parents that outlines the rights and responsibilities of students participating in the CCAP Program, and the respective responsibilities of the COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT and CUHSD SCHOOL DISTRICT described in this Agreement.

ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING AND CONDUCT. 8.1 19.1 Students enrolled in OCCD courses offered as part of this CCAP CCP Agreement and held at the CUHSD campus shall be held to the same standards of achievement as students in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus. 8.2 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement and held at the CUHSD campus shall be held to the same grading standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the COLLEGE OCCD campus. 8.3 19.2 Students enrolled in OCCD courses offered as part of this CCAP CCP Agreement and held at the CUHSD campus shall be assessed using the same methods (e.g., papers, portfolios, quizzes, labs, etc.) as students in courses taught on the COLLEGE OCCD campus. 8.4 19.3 Students enrolled in OCCD courses offered as part of this CCAP CCP Agreement and held at the CUHSD campus shall be held to the same behavioral standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the COLLEGE OCCD campus. 8.5 19.4 Students enrolled in OCCD courses offered as part of this CCAP CCP Agreement and held at a CUHSD campus who have approved Section 504 Plans that provide accommodations to the educational environment such as extended time on tests or special seating shall be accommodated implemented by WVMCCD. WVMCCD shall accommodate these students upon receiving notice of OCCD when the approved Section 504 plan from CUHSDstudent completes intake with Student Accessibility Services. Accommodations involving the provision of special equipment or services or additional personnel, such as sign language interpreters shall be provided by the CUHSDOCCD. 8.6 19.5 Students enrolled in NUSD courses offered as part of this CCAP CCP Agreement held at the CUHSD campus who have an Individualized Education Program (“IEP”) shall receive all programs and services provided for under the IEP by CUHSDNUSD. The WVMCCD OCCD has no responsibility to implement or accommodate for implementing any portion of a student’s the students’ IEP. 8.7 WVMCCD 19.6 OCCD and CUHSD NUSD shall jointly draft a Notice to Parents Guardians that outlines the rights and FERPA rights, responsibilities of students participating in the CCAP CCP Program, and the respective responsibilities of the COLLEGE OCCD and CUHSD NUSD described in this AgreementAgreement and provide the College Connections orientations for guardians and students.
