General Conduct. The BSC has specific policies governing conduct in the units, including, but not limited to, assault, harassment, sexual harassment, host, alcohol, party and substance abuse policies. Member agrees to read and abide by these policies. Failure to follow BSC conduct policies will lead to a range of sanctions up to and including termination of this contract and BSC membership.

PURCHASER shall take particular care to avoid damage to reproduction and non-designated trees. PURCHASER shall not litter or damage the COUNTY's or a third party's premises and will repair, at PURCHASER's expense, any property including but not limited to ditches, fences, and roads when damaged or destroyed. The PURCHASER is expected to cooperate fully with the COUNTY's designated Timber Sale Contract Administrator. All applicable local, state and federal regulations regarding timber cutting, environmental protection, and safety shall be strictly observed. Failure of the COUNTY to enforce any provision of this contract shall not constitute a waiver or relinquishment by COUNTY of the right to such performance in the future, nor of the right to enforce any other provision of this contract. County makes no guarantee of estimated volumes, timber quality, or operating costs. In the event that the actual sale volume is less than the estimated sale volume, COUNTY will not provide substitute or replacement timber; and COUNTY will not cover expenses including actual expenses involved in acquiring and holding the contract, lost profits, replacement costs of timber, or any other consequential damage suffered by PURCHASER. This includes any reduction in sale volume due to compliance with any local, state or federal law, rule or regulation.

General Conduct.
2.1 The Applicants undertake that each Applicant shall at all times:
2.1.1 conduct itself in a manner which is consistent with applicable legal requirements and the Secretary of State’s objective of carrying out a fair, transparent and non-discriminatory Franchise Letting Process; and
2.1.2 co-operate with the Secretary of State in order to allow him to ensure that the Franchise Letting Process is carried out in a fair, transparent and non- discriminatory manner.
General Conduct. (a) Adult residents shall be responsible for the conduct of the members of their family, as well as that of their guests, and shall be held liable for any damage caused to the property of others or Community property. Children are to respect personal property of others as well as their lot boundaries. No resident (including children) is permitted to trespass on other resident’s lots or use resident’s lots as shortcuts through the Community unless invited to do so. Every resident is expected to conduct himself in a dignified and neighborly manner. Please be considerate of others.
(b) The conviction of any tenant or resident for any crime or the breach of any law which is characterized as a misdemeanor or felony shall be considered as a material breach of the rental agreement. Such breach is not subject to remedy or correction and therefore the lease agreement shall terminate immediately upon such conviction.
(c) No guns of any type or description may be used or discharged within the Community. Specifically, B-B guns, sling shots, and bow & arrows are prohibited in the Community.
(d) Complaints relative to any family in the Community will be discussed in private with the particular family involved. In cases where complaints continue after the family has been properly notified, eviction will be sought.
(e) Public drunkenness the use of profane, loud, boisterous talk will not be tolerated where it disturbs or interferes with any other tenant’s right to quiet and peaceful enjoyment and it will be grounds for eviction.
(f) No playing of radio, television, stereo system or musical instruments at any time at a level which permits them to be heard on the next lot. All residents of the Community have the right to peaceful and quiet enjoyment. To insure you of peaceful living, those persons (residents or guests) who cause multiple complaints of loud parties, noise or unruly conduct will be asked to leave.
(g) No ball-playing is permitted in the streets. No individual basketball hoops or poles allowed.
General Conduct. All members of the BT community – faculty, staff, musicians, and students – are expected to contribute to a positive and productive learning environment and are expected to conduct themselves with respect and treat others with respect. Students are expected to show a consistent focus and commitment to their dance studies. Matters of student conduct must be in accordance with the NYC Department of Education’s Discipline Code. Conduct is a component of the “Work Habits” section in the Dance Assessment. A teacher may need to dismiss a student from dance class due to disorderly or disruptive conduct, including, but not limited to, failing to abide by the rules of the ballet studio, invading the space of others, or a violent outburst. A student who is dismissed from class meets with school directors and an “Incident Report” is filled out and saved in the student’s file. A phone call home or a conference with the student’s family occurs when deemed necessary by school administration, or when requested by a parent/guardian. Students are expected to respect all school property including, but not limited to, dance studios, pianos, dressing rooms, lockers, hallways, and walls. Students are not permitted to use any equipment kept in the studios, nor are students permitted to be in the studios unsupervised. Eating and drinking in the studios and dressing rooms is prohibited, except for water. Cell phones, portable music and entertainment systems may not be turned on or visible at any time during the school day. If a student’s phone is turned on or visible it will be confiscated by BT staff. Students may ask permission to use their cell phone in the front office for the purposes of communicating with a family member. Ballet Tech provides necessary dancewear for all students. As part of their pre- professional training, all Ballet Tech students are expected to come fully prepared for class every day, wearing the correct uniform. Students are to be conscientious and organized about the upkeep of their dancewear. Elementary School students receive two sets of their dance uniform. Each set contains a leotard, a pair of shorts, and a pair of socks. Middle School students receive three sets of their dance uniform. Each set contains a leotard, a pair of tights, and a pair of socks when applicable. Slight variations in the dance uniforms are outlined in the “Dancewear by Level” section of the Handbook.
General Conduct. All Guests are required to comply with requirements of law and all University as well as Housing and Residence Life policies and regulations as they may be modified from time to time. These regulations include the provisions of the University Of North Florida Residence Life Code Of Conduct a copy of which is available upon request and is available on the internet. Violations may result in a Guest being required to vacate the premises immediately and no refund of fees will be made.
General Conduct. Ambassadors or Influencers shall safeguard and promote the good reputation of Xxxxx Xxxxx, its business and its products, and must avoid all illegal, deceptive, misleading, unethical or immoral, and controversial conduct or practices, and must exhibit high moral character in their personal and professional conduct. Ambassador or Influencers shall not engage in any act or omission that could reasonably be foreseen to damage the Company’s goodwill or reputation. While it is impossible to specify all misconduct that violates this provision, and the following list is not a limitation of prohibited conduct, the following examples are representative of conduct that violates this Policy: ● Making statements are deceptive, untruthful, unfair, or misleading; ● Making any implied or express representation that any state or federal government official, agency, or body has approved or endorses Xxxxx Xxxxx, its program, or products; ● Engaging in criminal or fraudulent conduct in business or in one’s personal or business capacity that could reasonably be foreseen to damage the Company’s reputation or the culture that exists within the field sales force; ● Engaging in conduct in one’s personal or business capacity that can reasonably be interpreted as constituting harassment, intimidation, discrimination, bullying, is predatory, abusive, obscene, humiliating to others, or conduct that threatens violence; ● The unwanted disclosure of a third-party’s personal information; ● Publicly promoting a social, political or religious agenda that could reasonably be foreseen as controversial.
