Common use of ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING AND CONDUCT Clause in Contracts

ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING AND CONDUCT. 8.1 Students enrolled in Xxxxxx College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SLZUSD’s High Schools shall be held to the same standards of achievement as students in courses taught on the Xxxxxx College campus. 8.2 Students enrolled in Xxxxxx College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SLZUSD shall be held to the same grading standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the Xxxxxx College campus. 8.3 Students enrolled in Xxxxxx College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SLZUSD shall be assessed using the same methods (e.g., papers, portfolios, quizzes, labs, etc.) as students in courses taught on the Xxxxxx College campus. 8.4 Students enrolled in Xxxxxx College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SLZUSD shall be held to the same behavioral standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the Xxxxxx College campus.

Students enrolled in Xxxxxx College COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SLZUSD’s High Schools NVUSD shall be held to the same standards of achievement and Student Learning Outcomes as students in courses taught on the Xxxxxx College college campus. 8.2 9.2. Students enrolled in Xxxxxx College COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SLZUSD NVUSD shall be held to the same grading standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the Xxxxxx College campus.COLLEGE campus and found in the faculty course syllabus.‌ 8.3 9.3. Students enrolled in Xxxxxx College COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SLZUSD NVUSD shall be assessed using the same methods (e.g., papers, portfolios, quizzes, labs, etc.) as students in courses taught on the Xxxxxx College campusCOLLEGE campus and found in the faculty course syllabus. 8.4 9.4. Students enrolled in Xxxxxx College COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SLZUSD NVUSD shall be held to the same behavioral standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the Xxxxxx College college campus. Both parties will work together in resolving behavioral issues.

Students enrolled in Xxxxxx College Las Positas COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SLZUSD PUSD shall be assessed using the same methods (e.g., papers, portfolios, quizzes, labs, etc.) as students in courses taught on the Xxxxxx College Las Positas COLLEGE campus. 8.4 8.4. Students enrolled in Xxxxxx College Las Positas COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SLZUSD PUSD shall be held to the same behavioral standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the Xxxxxx College Las Positas COLLEGE campus.
