Debt service payments (both principal and interest) which are attributable to facilities that are under the custody and control of the District, regardless of whether they are owned by the District or leased to the District, will be assessed to the member towns using one of the following approaches, the first being used for debt service payments attributable to elementary schools, and the second being used for debt service payments attributable to secondary schools:

  • Interest (a) The Loans comprising each ABR Borrowing shall bear interest at the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Rate.
